I understand that APS will call me to confirm service & to collect credit card info for payment guarantee. Both Spring Clean Up & Fall Clean Up Services will be charged to the card on file once service has been completed. Standard Mowing Service is billed at the end of each month. Flat rate monthly clients will be charged in advance at the beginning of each month. We require 24hrs notice for cancellation of any service that you sign up for. A finance/late fee charge of 2% or $10.00 (whichever is greater) on past due balances. Balances over 30 days past due may be charged against your payment guarantee or sent to Cornerstone Credit Services for collections.
