Properties we service in Anchorage

We service retail centers and strip malls, office properties, churches, and government, federal, municipal and military facilities. We also take on managed multi-tenant properties, HOAs, condos and apartment communities, and industrial sites.

There is no minimum or maximum property size. We service everything from small lots through large government facilities, and we accept properties changing providers mid-season.

The Premier package

The Premier package combines plowing, sanding and sidewalk shoveling. Scraping and stacking are priced separately, though an agreed seasonal allowance for them can be bundled into a flat monthly rate. That allowance is stated in your proposal. Snow hauling is scoped and priced separately.

Premium sidewalk service and the Bare Pavement Guarantee

Premium sidewalk service is a separate upgrade, not part of the Premier package. It covers shoveling at any accumulation plus ice-melt application, and the Bare Pavement Guarantee applies to the sidewalks placed on that service.

In practice it means those walkways are cleared without waiting for a plow trigger and are treated with ice melt, instead of being serviced on the storm schedule. Conditions change between visits during an active storm. The guarantee does not extend to parking lots, and sidewalks served under the standard Premier package are not automatically on premium service.

How commercial snow service works

1. Request a quote

We review and measure your property remotely with our software and email your proposal within two business days. A walkthrough is available on request; it is not normally a required first step.

2. Agree on the plan

Together we set your service areas, snow trigger, billing arrangement, snow-storage locations and any additional work. The default plowing trigger is 2 inches, with 0.5-inch and 1-inch options available.

3. Receive storm service

Service is guaranteed within 24 hours and is typically completed much sooner. Overnight snowfall can often be cleared before you open. Snow that begins close to your opening time cannot be promised clear by opening. When snow falls continuously, crews return to the property repeatedly through the storm.

Seasonal and per-push contracts

Seasonal contracts are billed monthly. Seasonal plowing includes unlimited pushes whenever your agreed trigger is met. Sanding, scraping, stacking and hauling are included only to the extent set out in your proposal.

Per-push contracts bill each time we service the property.

The season runs October 21 through April 20. Snowfall after April 20 is billed at your agreed per-push rate.

Pricing depends on your property layout, your snow trigger, the scope of services you choose and your billing arrangement. All of it is set out in writing in your proposal.

What triggers service, and can we choose a lower snow threshold?

The default plowing trigger is 2 inches. If you want service to begin sooner, 0.5-inch and 1-inch triggers are available. Your trigger is set in your contract.

Will our property be cleared before we open, and what happens during continuous snowfall?

Service is guaranteed within 24 hours and is usually completed well before that. Snow that falls overnight can often be cleared before you open. Snow that begins close to your opening time cannot be promised clear by opening. During continuous snowfall, crews return to the property repeatedly through the storm.

It applies to sidewalks on premium sidewalk service. Those walkways are shoveled at any accumulation and treated with ice melt rather than waiting for a plow trigger. It does not apply to parking lots, and it does not apply to sidewalks served under the standard Premier package.

Can we switch providers mid-season?

Yes. We take on properties mid-season and currently have capacity for 2026-27. We agree the scope and a start date through the normal quote process.

What happens after April 20, and do you serve Eagle River or Chugiak?

The contract season runs October 21 through April 20. Snowfall after April 20 is billed at your agreed per-push rate. We service the Anchorage Bowl and the city of Anchorage. We do not service Eagle River, Chugiak, Girdwood or Turnagain Arm.
